We believe you should know exactly how much it will cost to post your item to you, and that customers understandably dislike hidden costs. We have detailed our standard charges below.

We do not show actual stock on our web site, but do indicate which items we normally stock. If your order is urgent please check stock levels with us before you order. Where an item is shown as normally in stock for next day delivery this applies to UK deliveries only, overseas deliveries will take longer, depending on the delivery method used. European UPS deliveries (one and two day) apply only to those countries listed and may take longer in other EU countries or more remote areas of the countries shown, and are not guaranteed.

All items must be signed for on delivery. If there is no one available during working hours to sign for a package UK customers should select the Royal Mail Special Delivery option, and you will be able to arrange delivery at a time to suit you, or collect the package from your local Post Office.

UK charges:

Orders under £100 - Initial Citylink - £3.43 plus VAT - £3.95 including VAT

Orders under £100 - Royal Mail Special Delivery - £5.17 plus VAT - £5.95 including VAT

Orders over £100 - FREE

 

Overseas Charges:

UPS Next day or two day delivery - see country list - £14.95

Royal Mail International Signed for service - usually five to seven days

USA - £9.95 - VAT is not payable.

Europe (EC member countries) £8.65 plus VAT - £9.95 including VAT

Europe (Non EC member countries) - £9.95

Europe VAT registered companies in EC member countries) - £9.95

Other countries - £14.95 - VAT is not payable

For larger items we will advise cost after you have ordered.

After your package has been despatched you will receive an email detailing the tracking number and instructions on how you can track your package. Please remember that from it can take several hours before our couriers log packages on to their systems, so you may not see any info when you first receive this email. Some overseas customers will be unable to track packages, or will have limited tracking options.
